新型城镇化进程中公共信息服务能力与城市居民期望之间尚存在差距。目前,我国城市公共信息服务的几类典型模式为政府部门—居民服务模式、政府部门—企业/第三部门一居民服务模式、企业/第三部门一居民服务模式以及其他公共信息服务模式。我国应进一步创新服务模式、因地制宜选择发展模式并注重城市居民参与服务治理,以求为城市居民提供更为优质的公共信息服务,提高城市公共服务水平,加快推进信息化、新型城镇化和新四化的协同发展。
There has been a gap between public information services' capacity and the urban public's expectations in Chinese new urbanization process. As of now, Chinese major urban public information services can be classified into the following modes: government- to-residents mode, government-to-enterprises/third party-to-residents mode, and enterprises/third party-to-residents mode. China should embark on public information service mode innovation, choose a mode suited to local conditions, emphasize on residents' participation in governing service quality, aim to provide better public information services to urban residents, improve a city's public services, accelerate the development of a tripartite complex of informationization, new urbanization, and the "New Four Modernizations".
