With the development of new urbanization, the population of cities has increased year by year. It is of practical significance to correctly understand and accurately measure the construction efficiency of information infrastructure in cities which can enhance the carrying capacity of cities. The paper comprehensively utilizes the approaches of DEA method and Malmquist index to realize the static and dynamic measurements of the construction efficiency of information infrastructure in Jiangsu Province. Then it clarifies the problems of information infrastructure construction in Jiangsu Province, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in the view of benchmarking management, collaborative development and long-term mechanism.
