英文摘要：

[ Purpose/significance] New urbanization and informatization are considered as the foundation of coordi- nated development of urban in China and the significant driving force of economy development. This paper reveals the spe- cific content of ＂two-fusion＂ by studying the interaction mode of new urbanization and informatization. [ Method/process ] By referring and carding relative scholar research papers and documents, taking retrospective study of urbanization and in- formatization development as fundamental knowledge, it analyzes on the relationship between new urbanization and infor- matization, builds the ＂two-fusion＂ interaction model, element model and target model, and studys the interaction model between new urbanization and informatization. [ Result/conclusion ] In the process of new town planning and construction, the ＂two-fusion＂ should realize unified planning and docking from the elements and targets, and the efficiency and quality of construction can be improved through the effective interaction between new urbanization and informatization. Smart city is the primary product of the interaction model, and is as well as one of the goals in the future period.
