The condition of pork safety in Beijing's large agricultural products wholesale mark is good,the market business behavior are standardized and orderly,but this still need to be improved.Pork wholesalers neither take enough notice on pork safety,nor do they have enough knowledge and information necessary for pork safety protection;these wholesalers do not have the ability to use these information initiatively and their profit are affected by their booth position and other factors;these wholesalers' cognition and behavior are not only affected by the internal factors as gender,age,education and income level,but also affected by the external factors as markets' management,booth position and so on.
