在中国高端产业集聚区成功案例的基础上,结合Stackelberg垄断竞争模型与Hotelling竞争区位选址模型构建数理分析框架,论证先进制造业与高级生产者服务业市场力量的不均等所形成以优势企业为核心构建产业集聚的必然性。数理论证发现,高端制造业/先进生产者服务业产业特征与集聚过程中企业分布特征与发展趋势,凸显出在我国高端产业发展过程中以发展高端产业＂龙头企业＂战略来推动高端产业发展与构建国内价值链的重要性。最后提出发展高端产业集聚和合理引进外资来攀升全球价值链地位的政策建议。
英文摘要：
This paper combines the Stackleberg monopoly competition model and the Hotelling competitive location-selection model to build mathematical model,and uses it to analyze the tendency of agglomeration in the market of advanced manufacture industry and advanced producer service industry,which discusses the special unbalance market forces between dominance and disadvantage enterprises in those industrial terrains.It shows the importance of developing ＂predominant enterprises＂ to promote high-end industry and construct value chain.Meanwhile,it puts forward some useful proposals that the agglomeration of advanced industries and rational FDI introduction should be developed to upgrade our industrial location in global value chain system.
