英文摘要：
Such elements vital to modem manufacturing as technology, knowledge and human capital come from the intermediate inputs of producer service. Developing producer service to adjust and optimize the structure of manufacturing is a new way for knowledge economy and industry policy to transform in the context of globalization. Emerging from manufacturing, producer service helps reduce the input cost of service industry so to improve the quality of inputs. Furthermore, it helps specialize manufacturing. Producer service is so vital to manufacturing that industrial clusters and upgrading of clusters cannot go without it. In order to absorb the advanced technology of foreign manufacturing and develop the local high-tech industry, we should open the advanced modern producer service to the foreign investors or expand the local advanced modern producer service.
