Starting from the perspective of demand competition is the key to understanding the source of the upgrading predicament of competitive advantages of developing countries in the background of GVC. The fundamental reason why developed countries are able to realize ＂positional block＂ to developing countries lies in the amalgamation of their technology and market advantages. Insufficiency in domestic demand and structural disequilibrium are the main reasons for ＂positional block＂ in our country. The ways for Chinese domestic enterprises to break through the ＂positional block＂ of developed countries include cultivating high demand in domestic market and harmonizing demand structure, strategic equilibrium of ＂independence and exchange counter＂ ; the equilibrium of developing strategies of ＂ market creates technology＂ and ＂exchange market for technology＂.
