为了了解高中英语新课标实施后大学入校新生的质量,本研究对某样本学校110名大学入校新生综合语言运用能力七级标准达标情况进行问卷调查,运用SPSS统计软件对调查结果进行分析。结果显示,大学入校新生综合语言运用能力迭标情况总体不太理想。造成这种结果主要原因是新课标实施尚存在一些困难,如英语教师素质达不到要求,而教师培训实效性不强;新课标综合语言运用能力成绩与高考成绩仅有低度正相关关系,高考对教学的负面反拨效应还较大。
A survey on the students' fulfillment of the seventh grade of the integrated English language ability is conducted with 110 new enrollees in the university. The data has been analyzed by SPSS and the findings show that the students' fulfill- ment of the standard is not good. The causes may lie in the demanding of the new curriculum and the difficuhies in fulfilling it in the middle school such as the low quality of the teachers and the ineffective teacher training. The result can also be ex- plained by the negative washback of the college entrance examination, since only low correlation exists between the entrance examination and the seventh grade on the integrated English language ability of the new curriculm.
