There are many factors influencing vocational graduates＇ employment quality under the new normal. On the basis of analyzing the transition of Jiangsu human resource needs, this paper overviews the interplay between Jiangsu new industry system and high vocational talents supply, summarizes the factors influencing the quality of higher vocational graduates＇ employment. The author deems that economic factors, policy factors, business factors, school factors and personal factors affect vocational graduates＇ employment quality. Jiangsu should work hard from the demand-side and supply-side in order to improve the quality of vocational graduates＇ employment and promote sustainable development of regional economy.
