This paper through an indepth analysis on the current development situation of ecommerce in- dustry in Henan Province, put forward strategy to accelerate the development of electronic commerce in Zheng- zhou airport from the aspects of over all planning, platform design, supporting system, application services, cross-border trade and personnel security, so as to boost the comprehensive development of the whole airport, which is an important way to change Henan Province economic development mode.
