Vocational graduates＇ employment upgrading and innovation development under quality is very important for the regional economic transformation, new economic normal. This paper first overviews Jiangsu economic development＇s needs of talent and the current situation of higher vocational graduates, then analyzes the connotation of the quality of employment and the content of the evaluation system, finally constructs Jiangsu vocational graduates quality evaluation index system and evaluates the higher vocational graduates employment quality from the level of employment, professional competence, career development, innovation and entrepreneurship, satisfaction.
