钢-混叠合梁开口断面由于其外形的钝体特征,易出现气动稳定性问题,为了有效抑制开口断面的颤振和涡振,对其断面外形进行优化,以4座采用钢-混叠合梁开口断面的桥梁(鄱阳湖大桥和香溪河大桥为双塔斜拉桥,鳌江四桥为独塔斜拉桥,鹦鹉洲长江大桥为三塔悬索桥)为例,通过有限元计算和节段模型风洞试验研究其动力特性,分析开口断面的颤振性能和涡振性能,并寻找合理有效的抑振措施。结果表明:增加风嘴可以显著提高断面的颤振稳定性;下表面增设稳定板可以显著提高颤振临界风速;增加风嘴可以有效抑制开口断面的涡振,增大风嘴结构尺寸后抑振效果更加明显,开口断面增设挑梁结构可以显著改善涡振稳定性。
The open cross sections of the steel and concrete composite girders are vulnerable to the problem of aerodynamic instability because of the bluff characteristics of the profiles of the sections.To effectively suppress the flutter and the vortex-induced vibration(VIV)occurring in the sections,the profiles of the sections were optimized.4bridges(the Poyang Lake Bridge and the Xiangxi River Bridge,the double-pylon cable stayed bridges,the Fourth Aojiang River Bridge,the single-pylon cable stayed bridge and the Yingwuzhou Changjiang River Bridge,the three-tower suspension bridge)having the open cross sections of the steel and concrete composite girders were taken as the examples and by means of the finite element calculation and the sectional model wind tunnel tests,the dynamic characteristics of the bridges were studied,the flutter and VIV performance of the sections were analyzed and the reasonable and effective vibration suppression measures were searched.The results demonstrate that the arrangement of the wind fairings on the sections can significantly improve the flutter stability of the sections,the arrangement of the stabilizer plates on the lower surfaces of the sections can significantly improve the flutter critical wind speeds and the arrangement of the wind fairings can effectively suppress the VIV of the sections.The effect of the vibration suppression is more obvious after the structural dimensions of the wind fairings are increased and the arrangement of the cantilever beam structures on the sections can significantly improve the VIV stability.
