本文在诱致性技术创新理论框架下,采用超越对数生产函数方法,运用1995—2012年全国各省市相关数据,对全国及不同区域农业技术进步偏向进行测算,并结合地方资源禀赋特征对不同区域农业技术进步模式做了一定评价。结果显示:从全国层面看,农业技术进步呈现劳动节约型,这并不符合诱致性创新理论下中国应有的技术进步方向。分区域看,相对于中部地区,东、西部地区技术进步方向有悖于劳动力资源比较优势特征;相比于主销区和平衡区,主产区农业劳动力的相对稀缺则部分支持了主产区劳动节约型技术进步的选择。
In the theoretical framework of Induced Technological Innovation Theory, trans-log production function panel date econometric method is used in this paper to calculate the agricultural biased technological progress of the entire country and its different regions from 1995 to 2012, and then some evaluation on different regional agricultural technological progress patterns is made combined with the local resource endowment characteristics. The conclusion shows that agricultural technological progress pattern in national level is a labor-saving one, which does not comply with the direction of technological progress in induced innovation theory. Compared with the central region, the direction of technological progress in the eastern and western regions is contrary to the comparative advantage characteristics of labor resources.
