基于人才发展区域环境、组织环境、人才成长预期三个维度,文章构建了区域人才集聚意愿形成模型,并实证检验人才集聚意愿的影响因素以及不同层面环境因素间的影响机制。研究表明:人才发展区域环境中的经济和生活环境、组织环境中的组织氛围,以及人才成长预期都与人才集聚意愿的形成正相关;人才成长预期在区域环境、组织环境影响人才集聚意愿过程中都具有中介效应。最后,基于我国人才发展战略及本文研究结论,提出相应对策建议。
Based on the dimension of regional environment, organizational environment, and expectations of talent growth, it structures the formation of talent agglomeration attention firstly. Then, it verifies the factors affecting agglomeration attention as well as the influencing mechanism between these levels. The results shows that the motivation of talent agglomeration behavior includes economic environment and lifestyle environment of regional surroundings, organizational atmosphere of organizational environment, and expectations of talent growth as well. Besides, the expectations of talent growth has mediating effects in talent environment and agglomeration process. In the end, according to our talent development strategy and the conclusions of this study, the corresponding measures are taken here.
