国内外实践和文献表明,企业过于追求探索式创新,易产生"失败陷阱",仅追求利用式创新,易陷入"成功陷阱"。唯有做到创新二元性,方可保持企业可持续发展。然而国内外研究对创新二元性与企业绩效的关系尚未达成一致结论。应用Meta分析方法,对近年来国内外关于创新二元性与企业绩效的59项相关研究进行整理与再分析,结果证明创新二元性对企业绩效有显著的正向影响,同时,对相关变量的调节效应进行分析表明:变量的测量方法和测量类型的差异对两者关系具有显著影响;相比大型企业,中小型企业实施创新二元性战略更有利于企业绩效提升;相比传统企业,高技术企业实施创新二元性战略更有利于企业绩效提升;相比中国,发达国家创新二元性对企业绩效提升具有更显著的促进作用。最后,根据研究结论提出了相应的对策建议。
At present, innovation ambidexterity can help organization avoid 'failure trap' and 'success trap'. Howe- ver, there is no consensus whether innovation ambidexterity can influence performance positively in theory circles So, this study collects over 59 samples (from 45 studies) which research on the relationship between innovation ambidexterity and performance and uses the method of meta-analysis to solve this problem. Firstly, it proves there is a positively medium correlation between two of them. Secondly, the study also focuses on moderator effects. It shows that measure can make difference in this relationship and SEMs and high-tech industry can make the corre- lation more significant. Moreover, innovation ambidexterity can bring out more performance in developed countries than that in China. Finally, the study analyses all the results and puts forward correlated suggestions
