基于扩展的Kaya恒等式建立因素分解模型,通过构建创新产出变化的LMDl分解模型,综合考量区域经济结构、区域研发强度、区域创新效率及整体经济发展4个因素对长江经济带的创新产出变化的驱动效应.以每万人专利申请量作为创新产出的解释变量,对长江经济带2000--2013年的专利申请量进行结构分解,定量化各驱动因素的贡献.结果表明,区域创新效率对创新产出的贡献率最大,为57.05%,其次是区域研发强度贡献率为27.08%,区域经济发展贡献率为18.40%,区域经济结构效应为负,贡献率为-2.53%.最后,针对长江经济带的一体化建设提出相关建议.
Based on the extended Kaya identity, it drew upon the LMDI decomposition model, and analyzed the driving effects of regional economy structure, the R&D intensity, the regional innovation efficiency and overall economic devel- opment on innovation output comprehensively. Taking patent applications per ten thousand persons as the explanatory variable of innovation output, it decomposed the patent applications of the Yangtze River Economic Zone from 2000 to 2013 and qualified the contribution of each driving factor. The results indicate that innovation efficiency contributes most to innovation output at 57.05% , followed by the regional R&D intensity at 27.08% and regional economic devel- opment at 18.40%. The effect of the regional economic structure is negative, at -2.53% . Finally, it put forward some suggestions about the integration process of the Yangtze River Economic Zone.
