以高阶理论为视角,探讨变革型领导行为、商业模式创新与企业绩效三者之间的关系,以及在此过程中环境动态性的调节作用。使用194家中国长三角地区的企业样本进行实证检验,研究发现:变革型领导、外部环境动态性对企业商业模式创新有正向影响;商业模式创新在变革型领导与企业绩效间承担部分中介作用;环境动态性对变革型领导与商业模式创新的关系不具有调节作用,但在商业模式创新与企业绩效之间起正向调节作用。
Based on the upper echelons theory, we discussed the relationship among transforma- tional leadership, business model innovation and enterprise performance, and analyzed the moderating effect of environmental dynamism upon this process. Using data from 194 enterprises in Yangtze River Delta region in China, it was found there is a positive relationship between transformational leader- ship, environmental dynamism and business model innovation. Our results also verified that the rela- tionship between transformational leadership and enterprise performance is partially mediated by busi- ness model innovation. Finally, environmental dynamism doesn't moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and business model innovation, but positively moderates the relationship between business model innovation and enterprise performance.
