考虑电机和电池系统的影响,对四轮驱动混合动力汽车进行了经济性换挡规律的研究。通过计算瞬时输出功率下各动力源的等效燃油消耗,让车辆行驶在综合等效油耗率最低的挡位,从而实现了整车燃油经济性最优的目标。运用MATLAB建立整车模型,仿真分析了整车各种驱动模式下的经济性换挡规律,并通过实车试验验证了所提出的经济性换挡规律的有效性。
The economical gearshift strategy for a four- wheel drive hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) was designed, which considered the influences of power battery as well as the characteristics of integrated starter/generator(ISG) motor and in--wheel motors. By calculating the equivalent con- sumption rate of engine and motors at any time, the vehicle was driven with the gear position which resulted in lowest synthesized equivalent fuel consumption rate in order to optimize fuel economy per- formance of the HEV. The new economical gearshift schedules for all kinds of working modes of HEV were simulated and analyzed in the MATLAB/Simulink software. Real vehicle test was carried out and the validity and feasibility of the economical gearshift schedules was proved.
