传统的汽车电子稳定系统轮缸压力精确控制算法是基于轮缸P-V特性设计的,本文选择另一种方法——查表法,对轮缸压力实施精确控制。通过设计查表表格,基于AMESim建立了汽车稳定性控制系统液压控制单元模型。利用模型仿真与分析轮缸压力精确控制算法的可行性,结合汽车稳定性控制系统硬件在环试验平台验证了该控制算法。
Traditional accurate wheel cylinder pressure controlling algorithm of ESP is designed based on the P-V characteristics of wheel cylinders,this article will choose another method——Look-up Table method,to precisely control the wheel cylinder pressure.By designing the Look-up Table,establishing the ESP HCU system model based on AMESim to simulate and analyze the feasibility of look-up table method for pressure accurate control algorithm of braking cylinder,and using ESP HIL to verify this look-up table method.
