本文中介绍了干式DCT控制系统硬件在环仿真试验台的开发。首先为某一自主开发的5速干式DCT建立了其在不同运行工况下的动力学微分方程,借助MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow/RTW和dSPACE软硬件系统,构建DCT车辆实时仿真模型;接着,研制了干式DCT电子控制单元(TCU)硬件,开发了相应的软件,并将其下载至TCU中,实现了TCU控制参数的在线标定和信号测量;然后,开发了台架用双离合器及换挡执行机构,并将其与DCT车辆实时仿真模型集成,完成了干式DCT控制系统硬件在环仿真试验台的搭建;最后,在该试验台上进行不同节气门开度下的连续加速试验。结果表明:所开发的干式DCT控制系统硬件在环仿真试验台与实车测试相比,不仅试验重复性较好,而且能有效、快速地验证DCT在不同工况下的控制性能,并为其控制系统的开发提供了可行的测试和评价平台。
In this paper the development of the hardware in-the-loop simulation(HILS) test bench for the control system of dry dual clutch transmission(DCT) is presented.Firstly,the dynamics differential equations for a self-developed 5-speed dry DCT under different operation conditions is established,and a real-time simulation model for DCT vehicle is built with MATLAB /Simulink/ Stateflow/ RTW and dSPACE software/ hardware system.Then the hardware of transmission control unit(TCU) for dry DCT is made with corresponding software developed and loaded into TCU to realize the online calibration and signal measurement for the control parameters of TCU.Next,the dual clutch and shifting actuator for test bench is developed and integrated with the real-time simulation model for DCT vehicle,and so the construction of HILS test bench for dry DCT control system is completed.Finally a continuous acceleration test at different throttle openings is conducted on the test bench.The results show that compared with real vehicle testing,the HILS test bench developed for dry DCT control system not only has better test repeatability but also can quickly and effectively verify the control performance of DCT under different operation conditions,and provide feasible test/evaluation platform for the development of DCT control system.
