锂动力电池从电动汽车上退役后仍有高达80%的剩余容量,有较高的利用价值。分析了开展退役电池研究的现实背景,阐述了国内外对锂动力电池预测研究现状与发展动态,介绍了电池品质预测技术研究方法,特别提出退役锂动力电池在电力系统储能方面的利用及其关键技术。通过实际应用各种预测技术,最终确定退役电池的综合品质(荷电状态,内阻和材料劣化程度等),从而进一步提高锂动力电池的利用率。
Electric vehicle batteries can be widely reused after retiring from electric vehicles for its high residual capacity of 80%. The research background and development of the prediction technology of retired batteries were elaborated. The usage of electric vehicle batteries and its technology were put forwarded in the energy storage of power system. The quality of electric vehicle batteries (such as the charge of state SOC, the internal resistance and the degree of material degradation) was determined via the application of these prediction techniques to further improve the utilization rate of the electric vehicle batteries.
