It compared the economic development of Anhui and Zhejiang province in this paper. It estimated and measured physical capital,human capital and total factor productivity and analyzed the various elements＇ contributions and influence in the process of economic development by the endogenous growth model of human capital. Based on the existing relationship among the structure of human capital,human capital stock and economic development,it gave some ideas that how to develop the regional economic and recommendations that how to narrow the gap of economically backward areas and economically developed areas.
