新生代员工群体与老一代有着不同的特点,关于新生代员工的管理问题逐渐成为政府、企业和学者等普遍关注的热点。在新生代员工的管理过程中,频繁性流动与经常性跳槽已成为新生代员工的普遍现象,这也是关于新生代员工管理的难点之一。本文是基于心理契约理论的视角,并结合相关者的特征与所处环境来分析新生代员工频繁跳槽的机理,最后对新生代员工的管理等相关问题提出建议。
The new generation of employee groups and the older generation have different characteristics. The management of the new generation staff gradually get the attention of government, business and academics. In the management process, new generation of employees' frequent job-hopping has become the characteristic of the new generation of employees, which is one of the difficulties for staff management. This article bases on the perspective of psychological contract theory and combines with the characteristics of stakeholders and their environment to analyze the mechanism of the new generation workers' frequent job-hopping. Finally it makes recommendations issues on the management of new generation employees.
