目的观察泡球蚴感染BALB/c小鼠肝脏中诱导性协同刺激分子(ICOS)的动态变化。方法将60只BALB/c小鼠随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组经腹腔注射感染泡球蚴,对照组以相同的方法注射生理盐水。分别于感染后2、8、30、90、180和300d各处死5只小鼠,取肝脏组织,通过HE染色观察病理变化,通过免疫组化观察泡球蚴感染后ICOS的动态改变。结果与对照组比较,泡球蚴感染小鼠肝脏ICOS表达升高,表达部位主要在肝细胞浆和肝细胞膜。结论泡球蚴感染鼠肝组织ICOS表达增高。ICOS可能参与泡球蚴感染致肝纤维化及肝损伤过程。
Objective To observe the dynamic expression of ICOS and pathological features of the livers of BALB/c mice infected with Echinococcus multilocularis(Em).Methods Sixty BALB/c mice were randomly divided into 2 groups,an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group was injected intraperitoneally with Em.The control group received a corresponding volume of physiological saline.Two days,8 days,30 days,90 days,180 days,and 360 days after infection,5 mice from each group were sacrificed and liver specimens were collected for hematoxylin eosin staining and immunohistochemical detection of ICOS.Results Compared to the control group,mice infected with Em had increased ICOS expression in their liver tissue;this expression was noted in the cell membrane and cell cytoplasm.Conclusion ICOS expression in the liver of mice infected with Em increased and remained high during Em infection and may have been involved in the development of liver fibrosis.
