Single factorial randomized-block design was used to study true digestible phosphorus (TdP) requirement of growing pigs by determining the growth performance and serum biochemical indexes. Experimental diets were designed with five TdP levels, and the ration of total calcium to TdP was 2: 1. The experiment results indicated that (1) The equation which was about the variety of ADG of growing pigs along with dietary TdP concentration was educed: y = - 809532x^4 + 788079x^3 - 276250x^2 + 42114x - 1758.8, ( R^2 = 0.9999, P 〈 0.01) .In the equation y is ADG of growing pigs (g/d), and x is dietary TdP concentration (%). The ADG of growing pigs achieved the biggest value which was 782g/d. (2) The equation was educed about the variety of F/G along with dietary TdP concentration: y = 3651.1x^4 - 3480.4x^3 + 1183.8x^2 - 172.45x + 10.86, R^2 = 0.9999, P 〈 0.01, in the equation y was F/G, and x was dietary TdP concentration (%). The F/G of growing pigs were least which was 1.07 when dietary TdP concentration was 0.34 %. (3) An equation was educed according to the relationship of serum phosphorus concentration and dietary TdP concentration: y = -3311.7x^4 + 3342.7x^3 - 1224.6x^2 + 195.56x - 8.7418( R^2 = 0.9999, P 〈 0.01 ). The concentration of serum phosphorus presented the peak value when dietary true digestible phosphorus concentration was 0.34 %. Moreover, serum phosphorus concentration began to drop with "the rise of dietary true digestible phosphorus concentration when it exceeded 0.34%. (4) The serum ALP activity was falling continually with the rise of dietary true digestible phosphorus concentration ( P 〉 0.05). (5) Serum calcium concentration was rarely influenced by dietary true digestible phosphorus concentration, and the variety trend of serum calcium concentration was in accord with serum phosphorus concentration influenced by dietary TdP concentration. It was concluded that the dietary TdP requirement of growing pigs was 0.34% and tot
