7日龄长×大仔公猪,用代乳粉配制人工乳饲养,适应2d后进入试验。试验Ⅰ取仔猪20头,随机均分为4组。3个试验组代乳粉中分别添加甘草次酸(GA)100、200、400mg·kg^-1,连续12d,结果发现200mg·kg^-1的添加量较为合适。试验Ⅱ取仔猪30头,随机分为对照组和GA组,每组15头。代乳粉中添加GA分别为0、200mg·kg^-1,连续12d。于9(D9)、14(D14)、21(D21)日龄测定仔猪体重、生长性能。前腔静脉采血,测定血浆氨基酸浓度。于D14D21测定血浆内分泌激素和血液学指标。结果显示,与对照组相比,GA组D9~D14增重率、平均日采食量和精氨酸摄入量显著提高,D9~D14和D9~D21料重比显著降低(P〈0.05);D21血浆胰高血糖素水平显著降低,精氨酸水平显著提高(P〈0.05);D14血液淋巴细胞百分比和平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度显著提高,嗜中性白细胞百分比显著降低(P〈0.05);D21血液淋巴细胞百分比和平均红细胞容积显著提高,嗜中性白细胞百分比及嗜中性/淋巴细胞比值显著降低(P〈0.05)。表明GA能促进人工乳饲养仔猪的生长性能,增强内源性精氨酸合成和造血机能,调节内分泌和细胞免疫功能。
Seven day-old Landrace × Yorkshire male piglets, fed with milk prepared by milk-replacing powder (MRP), were devoted to experiment after 2 days adaptation. In Experiment Ⅰ , 20 pigs were randomly divided into 4 treatments (5 pigs per group). The MRP for the 3 investigation groups were added glyeyrrhetinie acid (GA) of 100, 200 and 400 mg · kg^-l respectively for 12 days. The test confirmed that additive dose of 200 mg · kg^-l was suitable. In Experiment Ⅱ , 30 pigs were randomly assigned to the control or GA group ( 15 pigs each). MRP were supplemented GA with 0 or 200 mg · kg^-l respectively for 12 days. At 9, 14 and 21 day-old, the body weight and growth performance of pigs were measured and blood was sampled from anterior vena cava for analysis of plasma amino acid. At 14 and 21 day-old, the plasma hormone and hematology indices were determined. The results showed that, compared with the control, the weight gain rate, average daily feed intake and average daily arginine intake of GA group increased ( P 〈 0. 05 ) during 9 to 14 day-old, and the ratios of feed to gain decreased ( P 〈 0. 05 ) during 9 to 14 and 9 to 21 day-old. The plasma concentration of arginine was higher, and glucagon less (P 〈0. 05) than that of the control at 21 day-old. Blood lymphocyte percentage and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration increased, neutrophil percentage reduced ( P 〈 0. 05 ) at 14 day-old; lymphocyte percentage and mean corpuscular volume were elevated, neutrophil percentage and ratios of neu- trophil to lymphocyte lessened (P 〈0. 05) at 21 day-old, compared with the control. It indicated that GA promoted the growth of milk-fed piglets, enhanced the endogenous arginine synthesis and haematopoiesis, and regulated the endocrine and cell immunity.
