选用10个杂交种和17个骨干自交系进行田间和室内种子活力测定研究。结果表明：在杂交种的活力测定方法中,田间出苗率与发芽率、低温发芽率、活力指数Ⅱ呈显著正相关,说明发芽率、低温发芽率和活力指数Ⅱ是测定玉米杂交种活力的有效测定指标。在自交系的活力测定方法中,田间出苗率与发芽率、低温发芽率、活力指数Ⅰ呈极显著正相关,说明发芽率、低温发芽率和活力指数Ⅰ是测定玉米自交系活力的有效测定指标。依据有效活力测定指标对杂交种和自交系进行活力聚类分析,表明杂交种先玉335、辽单565、郑单958、辽单1211和辽单566为活力较高品种,自交系ph 6wc、昌7-2、辽6049、沈3336、辽2379、中106和辽1203为活力较高自交系。

Seed vigor of 10 hybrids and 17 inbred lines were measured by field and laboratory determi- nation.The results shows that field emergence and germination rate,germination rate under low tem- perature,vigor index II were significant positive correlation for hybrids. For inbred lines, field emer- gence and germination rate,germination rate under low temperature,vigor index I were highly signif- icant positive correlation.Clustering analysis was made with effective dynamic index classified,hybrids and inbred lines were divided into three groups.The hybrids Xianyu 335, Liaodan 565 ,Zhengdan 958, Liaodan 1211 and Liaodan 566 were high dynamic maize varieties.The inbred lines ph6wc,Chang 7-2, Liao 6049, Shen 3336, Liao 2379, Zhong 106, Liao 1203 was high dynamic inbred lines.
