为了探讨适于新疆北疆地区棉花常规制种田的种植密度,在大田生产条件下,选用3个棉花品种(系)100651、ND012和新陆早45号,设置3个密度1.25×10^4株/667m2(M1)、1.67×10^4株/667m2(M2)和2.08×10^4株/667m2(M3),随机区组设计,研究种植密度对种子产量和品质的影响。结果表明,3品种(系)株高和有效果枝数变化表现为M1〉M2〉M3,100651品系有效铃数表现为M3〉M1,籽棉产量、种子产量、和发芽率均表现为M1〉M3,种子酶活性表现为M2大于其他密度。ND012和新陆早45号有效铃数表现为M1〉M2〉M3,发芽势、发芽率和酶活性均表现为M2高于其他密度处理,籽棉产量和种子产量表现为M3大于其他密度处理。因此,100651品系在密度为1.25×10^4株/667m2时种子产量和品质最优;ND012和新陆早45号在密度为1.67×10^4株/667m2时产量和品质最优。
To explore suitable planting density for the Xinjiang conventional cotton breeding farm, field experiments were conducted with three cotton varieties (lines) of 100651, ND012 and xinluzao 45, and three density of 1.25 × 10^4 667-1 m-2(M1), 1. 67 × 10^4 667-1 m 2(M2) and 2.08×10^4 667-1 m-2(M8) in randomized block design to study the effect of planting density on seed yield and quality. The results showed that the plant height and fruit branch numbers of three varieties(lines) performed in the sequence of M1〉M2〉M3. The available cotton bolls of 100651 performance for M3 were larger than M1, seed-cotton yield, seed yield and germination rate of 100651 performance for M1 were greater than the M3, seed enzyme activity of 100651 performance for M2 were greater than the other. The available cotton bolls of ND012 and Xinluzao 45 performance for M1)M2〉M3, single boll mass , germination potential, germination rate and enzyme activity performance for M2 were higher than other density, cotton-seed yield and seed yield of M3 density were greater than the other. The best seed yield and quality was obtained in the density of 1.25 × 104 667-1 m 2 for line 100651 and in the density of 1.67 × 104 667-1 m e for ND012 and Xinluzao 45, which provide experimental reference for reasonable planting density selection in northern Xinjiang cotton seed production.
