针对透平机械转子部件在恶劣的服役环境下出现的磨损和腐蚀等失效问题,美国石油协会(API)制定了转子修复标准(API 687)。API修复标准虽然只有十几年的历史,但是在透平机械转子修复方面具有重大的现实意义,目前国内很多企业对转子修复标准还缺乏正确和深入的认识。本文介绍了API 687涵盖的各种修复技术,并论述了典型压缩机转子修复的操作规范,以便于用户在选择修复工艺时提供技术指导,推动我国相关企业在压缩机转子修复方面的技术规范和标准化工作,满足客户和市场对产品的标准要求。
To address the wear and corrosion failure problems of turbomachinery rotor serving in harsh environments, the American Petroleum Institute (API) has developed a standard for rotor repair:API 687. This API repair standard was proposed more than 10 years, but it shows great practical significance in terms of turbo machinery rotor repair. At present, many domestic enterprises still lack a proper and sufficiently in-depth understanding to apply the standard. In order to provide technical guidance in the selection of repair technology, this paper describes various repair techniques within API 687, and discusses the operationspecifications of rotor repair for typical compressors. This work will be helpful to promote the technical specifications and standardization of work in terms of compressor rotor repair, and to meet customer and market requirements for standard products.
