In view of the ineffective link between teaching activities and engineering practice, the ineffective cooperation between universities and enterprises in talent cultivation, and the ineffective interaction between the first class and the second class, a new mode for training applied and innovative talents was built and carried out. The effect of it in talent cultivation was studied based on statistics. Findings show that this new mode has increased employment rate, fulfilled employers＇ satisfaction, and improved students＇ practical and creative ability.
