针对当前人才培养模式中教学活动与工程实际缺乏有效联系、人才培养与企业缺乏有效合作、第一课堂与第二课堂缺乏有效互动的问题,采用调查分析和实证分析法,构建和实施应用创新人才培养新模式。并统计研究新模式在人才培养中的实施效果。新模式使就业率和用人单位满意度显著提高,学生应用创新能力显著提升。
In view of the ineffective link between teaching activities and engineering practice, the ineffective cooperation between universities and enterprises in talent cultivation, and the ineffective interaction between the first class and the second class, a new mode for training applied and innovative talents was built and carried out. The effect of it in talent cultivation was studied based on statistics. Findings show that this new mode has increased employment rate, fulfilled employers' satisfaction, and improved students' practical and creative ability.
