财经类院校的专业设置、办学特色、师资结构等决定了其工程管理专业的人才培养模式有别于理工类、综合类和师范类院校,通过分析财经类院校工程管理专业的现状,认为其人才培养模式存在着实践教学相对薄弱、专业信念不够坚定、工程技术明显不足、创新能力有待突破四个方面的问题,并提出了构建“一拓四”的专业人才培养新模式以及相应的改革措施.

Characteristics of financial and economic universities lead to the talent training mode for engineering management specialty is different from science and technology universities. By status analysis of engineering management specialty in financial and economic universities, some problems are brought forward for current talent training mode which include weak practical teaching, unfirm specialty faith, shortage of engineering technology and unobvious innovation ability. Further, the new talent training mode that forms four directions based on one main line for engineering management specialty is constructed.
