This paper analyzes the influence of knowledge distribution structure, knowledge flow capability, knowledge integra- tion, knowledge output capability on innovation ability of part of the collaborative innovation center in China. The result shows that collaborative knowledge is the source of its innovation ability, knowledge flow ability has a positive effect on knowledge production ability and innovation ability, knowledge distribution structure is reverse adjustment function, there is no important role in the regulation of en- vironmental optimization capability and knowledge integration capability.
