英文摘要：

Innovation quality refers to the degree that a set of inherent characteristics meet the requirements of innovation activities, not only refers to compliance based on demands, procedures and standards, but also refers to satisfaction degree of stakeholders; the paper analyzed relevant literature on innovation quality, according to relation of quality innovation, innovation performance and innovation quali- ty. We considered that quality innovation is the basis of innovation quality, relations between innovation performance and innovation quality is same as the quality and quantity in philosophy, and the pursuit of innovative quality is actually the pursuit of innovation management. The paper, combining with innovation driving strategic in our country, considered that research of innovation quahty aim is to change the traditional innovation management focus on innovation number, despise the innovation quality; pursuit economic benefits, and neglect the negative influence. The paper aims to promote innovation activities develops highly quality.
