Based on analysis of the telemedicine system architecture and collaborative management needs, the author proposed such a collaborative management mode. From such dimensions as judgment of collaboration needs, establishment and assessment of collaboration relationship, governance of collaboration relationship, control of collaboration relationship, and evaluation of the collaboration relationship, the paper probed into the requirements, problems and solutions of telemedicine collaboration.
