在大众创业万众创新的背景下，河南省需要完善大型企业“以大带小”的社会环境，着手建立有机和谐的企业生态系统，按照产业链和技术链分工，促进大型企业带动小微企业共同提升创新能力，形成互动共赢的组合式发展格局。在分析河南省大企业带动小微企业发展的背景基础上，探讨河南省大型企业带动小微企业的谈判和协商机制、分享机制、补偿机制、监督机制和纠纷裁决机制等，基于投资回报率和行业相关系数进行河南省大企业带动小微企业发展的合作动力分析，从扶持小微企业、鼓励大型企业探索创新带动模式、加大社会环境对大型企业带动小微企业发展的支持力度三个方面研究河南省大企业带动小微企业发展的支撑机制。
英文摘要：
Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, Henan province needs to improve the social environment of the development of small and micro enterprises driven by large enterprises. Meanwhile, it is necessary to establish organic and harmonious business ecosystem, to divide labor force according to industry and technology chain so that it can urge large enterprises to prompt small micro enterprises to improve innovation ability jointly, and then, to form the combined development pattern of interaction and win - win. Based on the analysis of the background about large enterprises driving the development of small and micro enterprise in Henan province, this paper probes their negotiation and consultation mechanism, sharing mechanism, compensation mechanism, supervision mechanism and dispute arbitra- tion mechanism. By analyzing the cooperation motivation of large enterprises driving the development of small and micro enterprise in Henan province based on the rate of return on investment and industry correlation coefficient, it studies the supporting mechanisms in Henan province from the aspects of supporting the development of small and micro enterprise, encouraging large enterprises to explore innovation driving mode, and intensifying the support of social environment.
