为了降低从燃煤电厂烟气中捕捉二氧化碳的能耗,应用Aspen化工流程软件建立了一乙醇胺溶液吸收烟气中二氧化碳的稳态非平衡级模型。基于该模型,根据实际电厂负荷变化时烟气变化的特性,对整个捕捉系统的参数特性进行了仿真分析和控制策略比较。仿真结果表明控制汽提塔中冷凝器温度恒定的策略比控制汽提塔第五层填料温度恒定能够使系统运行更加稳定。通过调节再沸器热量控制汽提塔中第五层填料温度恒定的控制策略会导致冷凝器温度出现"雪球效应"。
In order to reduce carbon dioxide capture energy consumption from flue gas,a rate-based steady-state model of an integrated MEA-based carbon dioxide capture system is developed in Aspen Plus.Based on this model.Operation performance studies and control strategy comparison have been done to investigate the integrated system characteristics.
