基于粗糙集理论对循环流化床锅炉现场输入数据进行属性约简,用燃烧率来表征各控制参数对床温的综合影响,利用MATLAB系统辨识工具箱得到系统的传递函数。研究了基于数据挖掘优化的模糊神经控制策略在循环流化床控制系统中的应用。针对四川白马300MW机组CFB锅炉进行了动态仿真计算,取得了良好的效果。
Based on the theory of rough sets, this paper makes attribute reduction for the on-site input data of circulating fluidized bed ( CFB ) boiler, characterizes the combined effects of control parameters on bed temperature in the form of combustion rate, and derives the transfer function by use of MATLAB system identification toolbox. Then the research focuses on the application of the fuzzy neural network control strategy to CFB control system. The proposed method was practiced effectively in the simulation calculation of the CFB boiler of 300MW unit in Baima, Sichuan Province.
