针对火电机组主蒸汽流量测量精度不高的问题,提出了一种准确度较高的主蒸汽流量测量模型,利用依据质量守恒原理的主蒸汽流量稳态模型和基于弗留格尔公式的主汽流量测量模型的信息互补性,设计互补滤波器将2种模型在频域内进行融合获得了新的测量模型,并将该模型在某电厂3号机组上进行了仿真验证.结果表明:新模型不仅在机组稳态时准确度高,还可以快速地、准确地反映主蒸汽流量的变化趋势.
In order to raise the measurement accuracy for main steam flow in thermal power plants,a new model with higher accuracy has been proposed,which simultaneously takes the advantages of both the steady-state measurement model based on principle of mass balance and the dynamic-state measurement model based on Flugel formula,by fusing them together in frequency domain with a complementary filter.The newly-built model has been verified on No.3 unit of a power plant by numerical simulation.Results show that the model is precise not only in steady-state measurement,but also in dynamic-state measurement of main steam flow.
