随着电厂污染物排放标准的严格化,燃煤发电机组采取节能减排调度是一种必然。供电煤耗不能全面反映燃煤机组的节能减排效果。文中综合考虑节煤、节电、节油、节水和减排5方面构建燃煤机组节能减排评价指标体系。最大熵原理构建投影指标函数,消除了投影向量分布不确定性的影响,可提高模型的可靠性。最大熵与投影寻踪方法相耦合用于燃煤机组节能减排综合评价模型中,投影值之间差异明显,评价结果稳健,且该模型基于数据本身,具有较强客观性。
ABSTRACT:With stringent standard for discharge of pollutants of power plants, it is inevitable that coal-fired generating units adopt energy-saving and emission reduction dispatching strategy. Power supply coal consumption can not overall reflect the effects of energy-saving and emission reduction. Coal-saving, electricity-saving, fuel-saving, water- saving and emission reduction were comprehensively taken into account, energy-saving and emission reduction evaluation index system of coal-fired units was established. Principle of maximum entropy was used to build projection index function, eliminating the distribution uncertainties of projection vectors, which improved the reliability of the evaluation model. Maximum entropy and projection pursuit method (ME-PP) were coupled to set up energy-saving and emission reduction integrated evaluation model of coal-fired units. The difference between the projected values is obvious, and the evaluation results are robust, moreover the model based on the data itself has a strong objectivity.
