针对火力发电机组具有强非线性,现场运行中存在参数变动等特点,提出了一种基于机炉协调系统的T-S模糊模型进行鲁棒跟踪控制器设计的方法。首先针对一个锅炉一汽轮机模型中存在的非线性项,利用替换拆分方法,并考虑了参数变动因素,建立了系统的T-S模糊不确定参数模型。然后利用并行分配补偿方法设计模糊控制器,基于模糊Lyapunov函数进行控制系统的稳定性分析,借助线性矩阵不等式方法(1inearmatrixinequalities,LMI)将稳定性判据转换成凸优化问题,得到了宽松的系统保性能稳定跟踪控制率。最后将所设计的控制器用于机炉协调系统的跟踪控制,通过对比验证,证明了所提方法的有效性。
Since the thermal power boiler-turbine system has high nonlinearity, and its parameters change in the operation, a design method of robust tracking controller was proposed to solve this problem for T-S fuzzy model based on boiler-turbine system. Firstly, a split-and-substitute method was presented to deal with the nonlinear term in the system model. The T-S fuzzy model with uncertain parameters was established when the parameters' changes were taken into account. Then the parallel distributed compensation (PDC) scheme was employed to design the fuzzy controller. The stability analysis based on fuzzy Lyapunov functions was derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities for continuous fuzzy system. Compared with the stability conditions based on the common Lyapunov functions, the proposed stability conditions in this paper is less conservative. Finally, the designed robust tracking controller was applied to a coordinated boiler-turbine system. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design method.
