Each organization unit is the basic unit for the implementation of the whole strategy of enterprise. The performance of enterprise is effective integration of the entire performance of organization unit. So the performance appraisal of internal organization is also one part of the whole performance appraisal system of enterprise. Based on the basic theory and deep survey on the 220 enterprises, this paper analyzes the status quo and elements of performance appraisal system of organization unit.
