针对复杂工业过程,研究一种基于Multi—Agent system(MAs)的集成智能控制系统,系统由人机集成单元、控制单元和虚拟仿真单元构成,人机集成单元提供人类智慧与机器相结合有效机制,虚拟仿真单元为控制决策和故障诊断提供仿真信息,控制单元完成系统监视、诊断和控制任务,文中提出了实时Agent的组织和演化机制,采用遵循FIPA组织标准的开发工具JADE开发原型系统,描述了系统的实现,工程应用表明,提出的集成控制系统能有效地解决焦炉集气管压力这类复杂工业对象的过程控制问题.
For the complex process in industry, an integrated intelligent control system based on multiagent system is studied in this paper. The system consists of human system integration unit, virtual simulation unit and control unit. The human system integration unit provides an efficient mechanism to combine the human expert intelligence and intelligence of machine. Virtual simulation environment provides the simulation information for decision-making process and fault diagnosis. Control unit real- izes the monitor, fault diagnosis and control function. The organization and evolution of agents in the system are proposed. The prototype system is developed on the JADE platform which is compliant with the FIPA specifications. The implement of system is described. The real-world application shows that the proposed control structure successfully solves the process control problem of the complex plant such as the collection pressure of coke ovens.
