针对焦炉燃烧过程的多工况特征,提出一种具有分析层和控制层的火道温度多模态模糊专家控制方法。分析层对燃烧过程的荒煤气温度进行在线分析,采用多传感器信息融合的二次决策方法识别燃烧过程的实时工况。在控制层,针对各种工况,设计了基于修正因子的多模态模糊控制模型,处理不同工况下的火道温度控制;同时建立在线切换专家规则库,实现对应各工况的控制系统的模态切换。控制方法实际应用效果良好,为焦炉燃烧过程的智能控制提供了新的途径。
According to multiple-working-conditions characteristics of coke oven combustion process,a muhimode fuzzy-expert control method with analysis layer and control layer for flue temperature is pres-ented. In analysis layer, raw gas temperature of combustion process was analyzed online, and reahime working conditions of combustion process were identified by a secondary decision method based on multi-sensor information fusion. In control layer, a muhimode fuzzy control model based on correction factors was designed to control flue temperature in different working conditions. An online switching expert-rule library was also built to realize mode switching of control system in different working conditions. Obvious effect of this method has been obtained in application, and a new approach for expert control of coke oven combustion process is provided.
