知识管理对于提升科技成果转化效率具有重要作用。依据科技成果转化知识管理综合绩效评价的三维视角，分析成果转化知识管理综合绩效的“合力”评价思路，进而构建综合绩效评价的合成模型、协调模型与聚类模型，并选择12家样本企业进行综合绩效实证评价。
英文摘要：
Knowledge management（KM） is important to promote efficiency of sci-tech achievements transformation（SAT）. Comprehensive performance appraisal of KM of SAT and its appraisal thought of joint-force is brought out from three-dimensional angle. The synthesis model, coordinated model and cluster model to evaluate comprehensive performance are constructed. Empirical appraisal of comprehensive performance evaluation is done based on the samples of twelve enterprises.
