基于复杂网络视角,以海洋能产业产学研合作创新为研究对象构建实际网络并分析了网络的结构特征,在此基础上运用实证仿真方法研究了实际产学研合作创新网络的风险问题。研究结果表明,海洋能产业产学研合作创新网络具有无标度、同配性质和非hub-club结构特征,大学和研究机构占据网络的集聚节点位置,企业的影响力和控制力较弱;内生性风险对具有无标度性质的产学研合作创新网络的危害性强于外生性风险,中介节点和集聚节点分别从破坏程度和破坏烈度两个方面影响网络的稳定性;提高产学研合作创新网络的抗风险能力,不仅需要注重内生性风险的防范,同时还需要着重保护集散节点和中介节点。
From the perspective of complex network, this paper construct real network and analyzed the structural characteristics taking university-industry cooperation innovation of ocean energy industry as research object. On this base, this paper studied the risk problem of real university-industry cooperation innovation network using meth-od of empirical simulation. The result proved that, university-industry cooperation innovation network of ocean ene-rgy industry has the characteristics of scale-free, assortativity and none hub-club structure. Universities and re-search institutions take the hub positions while firms have weak influence and control. Internal risk is more harm-ful than exogenous risk to university-industry cooperation innovation network which is of scale-free structure. Inter-mediate nodes and hub nodes influence the stability of network from the extent and intensity of damage respec-tively. To improve the anti-risk capability of university-industry cooperation innovation network, not only the pre-vention of internal risk but also protection of intermediate nodes and hub nodes are needed.
