运用博弈论构建了产学研合作创新两阶段博弈模型,基于博弈策略,结合产学研合作创新网络拓扑结构,构建了产学研合作创新网络演化算法;运用Netlogo多主体仿真平台实现了产学研合作创新网络的演化仿真,揭示了其动态演化规律。研究表明:网络平均节点度呈U型分布,节点数量呈L型分布;选择“积极合作”策略的企业和学研机构存在最佳合作规模;度择优连接机制不利于无标度网络节点创新扩散,组合择优连接机制能以最大程度促进小世界网络和随机网络创新扩散。
We build a two stage game model of Industry-University-Research (IUR) cooperative innovation using Game Theory. Based on the model, we develop an evolutionary algorithm for the cooperative innovation networks combining the topological structure of IUR cooperative innovation network. The evolutionary simulation of IUR cooperative innovation network is implemented using Netlogo multi-agent simulation platform and the simulation reveals its dynamic evolving rules. The results indicate that: (1) the network-average-node-degree is U-shaped distributed and the number of nodes is L- shaped distributed; (2) There exists a best cooperation scale for enterprises, universities and research institutions with active cooperation strategy; (3) Preferential attachment mechanism goes against scale-free network node of innovations diffusion, and combination preferential attachment mechanism is able to promote small-world networks and random networks of innovation diffusion to the greatest extent.
