Applying knowledge management（KM）to guide the transformation of science and technology achievements is very important for China to improve the transformation ratio of technology achievements and advance the building process of innovation-oriented country.The paper analyzes KM devotion elements of STAT（Science and Technology Achievements Transformation）from talents,organization and knowledge,and constructs feedback process model of performance forming of KM devotion of STAT,and posts that essence of STAT is knowledge creation.Then the paper studies knowledge reinvestment and knowledge space transposition mechanism of KM devotion performance,and points out KM devotion performances of STAT including talent stuff advancement,organization optimization and repository expansion.It can supply decision-making guidance for enterprises scientifically implement KM devotion of STAT.
