为了分析老工业基地企业绩效与专业技术人才激励因素满意程度的相关关系,研究了激励效果路径,选取了激励机制测度指标和激励效果测度指标,构建了基于BP神经网络的老工业基地企业专业技术人才激励效果模型.通过对老工业基地16家企业的调查数据对激励效果模型进行运行和仿真,得到稳定的训练网络,根据指标层之间的权重计算出各激励因素对激励效果的贡献系数,分析了影响企业激励效果的主要影响因素,为企业建立专业技术人才的激励机制提供依据.
The authors analyzed the achievements of enterprises in the traditional northeast industrial base to understand factors stimulating the satisfaction of technical talent.To study the effects of stimulation,it was necessary to select an incentive mechanism,a guide line for measurements,and an index to measure the effects of stimulation.Based on a BP neural network,a model was then constructed of technical talent within the region.It allowed for the mobility of talents through 16 key enterprises in the region in order to provide a stable training network.By adjusting the weights of indexes within the simulation,the contribution of each incentive factor to the overall effect could be seen.Major factors influencing the effects of stimulation in an enterprise were also analyzed.This research should provide a basis for establishing more effective incentive mechanisms for those with specialized technical talents in enterprises.
