知识管理对于提升企业科技成果转化绩效具有重要意义。分析科技成果转化知识管理的投入、运行与产出过程并阐述其关系,明晰产出效益与产出绩效的联系与区别,界定科技成果转化知识管理产出绩效的内涵,将其分为经济效益、核心竞争力和持续竞争优势三个层次,并进而研究三层次产出绩效的梯度转化过程,以及对梯度转化过程的实质进行剖析,在此基础上阐述了梯度转化过程的功能,由此构建了科技成果转化知识管理系统模型。
英文摘要：
Knowledge management（KM） is important to improve science and technology achievements transformation（STAT） performance of enterprises.The paper analyses the input,operation and output process of KM of STAT and their relations,and explores the relation of output efficiency and performance,and then defines the output performance＇s connotation of KM of STAT,and divide it into three levels including economy benefit,core competence and continuous compititive advantage.Finally,grads translation process of the three levels of output performance is researched and the nature and function of the grads translation process are analyzed,and then KM system model of STAT is constructed.
