文章基于研究型大学创新团队内部视角,在国内外相关文献研究基础上提出:知识共享主体、团队内部环境、知识共享平台、激励机制、共享知识特性等五个主要因素对研究型大学创新团队内部知识共享水平具有显著性影响研究假设,并构建了二阶因子理论模型。通过对研究型大学科研人员调研数据,运用结构方程模型进行了实证研究。研究结果验证了假设的成立,同时得出共享主体、团队内部环境对研究型大学创新团队内部知识共享水平影响总效应值最大,其它三个影响因素相对较小。
Based on the perspective of innovation team in research university,and according to related literature research,this article presented research hypothesis that knowledge-sharing agents,internal team environment,knowledge sharing platform,incentive mechanism and knowledge property have significant influence on knowledge sharing effects in the knowledge sharing of innovation team,and established second order factor model.This article made an empirical analysis by the Structural Equation Model.The research results verified the hypothesis,and found that knowledge-sharing agents,internal team environment have greater influence on knowledge sharing effects than others.
